I just fogged my carbs, changed the spark plugs and put a new battery in and figured my seadoo was ready to go. After idling for awhile out of the water a strange loud vibrating noise started and was louder than the engine. Every once in awhile it would go away but as soon as pressed the accelerator it would start again. If I have to I will post a video of the sound. does anyone have any clue what it could be, possibly carbon seal????? Please help Ive had nothing but bad luck with this seadoo.

You shouldn't be running the ski out of the water for very long. The carbon seal (drive shaft) is cooled by the lake water. The vibration could be coming from that. (It could be overheating)
Problem with a vid... it's hard to hear vibrations most of the time.
The other thing it could be is the pump shaft. Have you checked the oil in the pump lately?
