Had the engine rebuilt a couple months back, ran fine for 2 months got bad gas at a gas station had water in the bottom of the fuel filter. Replaced filter made the beeping stop but all it will do is start up run at low rpms then quit on the water?. Start it back up try to throttle up any and it will quit. I'm thinking bad sensor maybe?

Did you try draining the filter again. If there is water in the tank... it will continue to go into the filter until it's all out.

Yes I did drain the tank completely also the filter 3 more times and found no more water made sure the mixture was good and put it back in.

ok... First gen 240 efi

I would start with verifying the fuel pressure, and that you have spark on all 6 plugs.

Runs great for 20 seconds then shuts down doesn't matter what rpm , will restart no problem. Has spark on all cylinders.
