2000 Polaris genesis seized

Hey guys
I’m new here but I have a question? I just looked at a 2000 Polaris genesis and the guy said the motor is seized cause it’s been sitting for 2 years but my question is is it the motor or could it be the pump.

It's probably the engine, otherwise the seller would have fixed it. There's no way to know without removing the jet pump and seeing if the engine turns by hand. It boils down to how lucky you feel? Unless the jet ski is really cheap (few hundred) I would pass on it.

It's a fuel injected Polaris, run, don't walk away from it. Expensive to fix and parts aren't that easy to source.
