1999 SeaDoo Speedster sk Loud Noise

I just bought a 1999 SeaDoo Speedster sk It was sitting for about a year and my father & i have been working on it for 2 days we cleaned it all up got both motors working.We hear a loud noise Coming Port Side Engine.
I took a video to better describe what i am talking about.Thank you for all your help.

sounds like the pump knocking. It's kind of normal until there is a load on it. Did you check the oil in the pumps?
 
Where can i check the oil?This is my first jet boat.Owned boats for years.I was told it would sound different in the water Under load etc
 
OK... the seadoo pump shaft can move back and forth... but when there is water on the pump... the thrust will "Load" the pump.

If you remove the steering nozzles... you will see a cone. On top of that... there is a grub screw. Remove the screw, and stick something in it to check for oil. If it's low, top it off with a synthetic GL5 75w-90 gear oil. If it's milky... drain it (Remove the cone) and you may want to replace the seals.
