1999 Speedster SK

[1999Speedstersk!]

Hello, so I'm new to this but here goes, I bought a used 1999 speedster SK and has no spark, the shop thinks its the fuse box or the brainbox thing, I have part numbers if anyone has either or both and also any insight would be much appreciated.

What motor is in it?,,,if its an 800,,pull the Ebox,,,check for corrosion,,,fuses,,,the ground terminal,,,pull the white pulse wire,,,connect a test light in series,,,turn the motor over,,,see if it pulses,,,if yes,,,your problem is in the Ebox,,,if not, your problem is up stream,,,check frontelectrical plug,,(both sides),,,,,check pickup/trigger,

It has the twin motors in in, i know the guy said one motor is new and hasn't been run yet, he had suspected that the electrical box was bad and supplied a used one from ebay which the shop says is no good, thanks for the info if you have any other tips I will show this string to the mechanic.

If it is an SK, then it would be dual 717's.

I'm thinking of the Ebox for an 800,,,can you post a pic of yours,,,normally, ,,you don't have to buy an Ebox,,,unless,,,you are referring to the ECU.

The only place I know of for good used electrical parts is Westside Powersports Seadoo but you will pay top dollar as these boat parts are getting harder and harder to find.
