I have a 1999 GTX that was in for maintenance a couple months ago to get it ready for the season. One of the items they replaced was the battery. Today I brought it out and when I put the key on I get the normal "2" beeps but up pops MAINT on the display. Machine starts ok and I use it for an hour or so but stop to let the kids get back on the tube. Now the machine won't start and I only get the MAINT on the display.
I had forgotten how to reset the MAINT from the display but found it in the manual and now it's reset. However, the machine still won't start and I only get a "whirrring" sound from where the battery is located when I try to start it.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
