1998 gsx seized after 12 months storage ?

i was wondering if any 1 can help me iv had my jet ski in storage for bout 12 months, decided to take it out and had problems starting it so i put a new battery in it along with new plugs all im getting is a clicking sound. assuming seizure i checked to see if i can move the shaft and it seems to be seized then continued to remove the shaft from the fly and found it too has no movement i have also tried cranking without the plug and putting oil down there to lubricate the cylinders but still no movement. the ski only has 20 hours on the clock so any help on where i go from here will be much appreciated

Remove the jet pump and try to turn the engine over again. I see you're in Victoria. I'm in Vancouver and I do mobile PWC repairs. I have many customers on the Island. Let me know if you want my phone number. Or I can help you here.

thanks for your reply i have checked the pump and it seems ok there is movement on the shaft when disconected from the fly, the seize seems to be at the engine side iv tried rotating it manually from the fly but no luck. i was told there are bearings some where that may have seized due to a long storage or a insufficiant flush after usage. does this sound right to you. cause i have only had the ski for about a 14 months and it only had 20 hours on the clock.
