do a compression check on engine, 150 psi
if ok , then the carb rebuild didnt go so good
prolly the round rubber diaphram is bad or the little float arm is not set proper
these items control the amount of fuel in the body of the carbs
its like the float in a motorcyle carb, if it sticks the carbs overflow
this will cause the engine to run rich with fuel and lack power
also make sure that your fuel mix screws are set proper
