1997 XP & SPX “restoration”

Not much of an update. I built dollies, moved the skis off, and put the trailer in the backyard. Now I'll be able to clean up the trailer, replace the bunks, and clean the SPX while the XP waits on parts.

Trailer could use a coat of paint too...

Nice, I'm also in the process of restoring my two 96 SPXs. One the engine blew not long after I did the initial restoration and the other was just awfully dirty. I've done it twice so far and it's a fairly straight-forward simple process. It seems complex at first but there's not that many components in the long run. Get the seadoo manuals, they will be your friends during this.

I may have to put stickers bqck on this thing.

400 grit and all it's doing is removing surface grime. It's not touching the shadowing from the original stickers...

Should I be worried about the gelcoat cracking where the pads were?
