1997 gtx carb needle setting

Can someone please help me with figuring out the cab settings on my 1997 gtx. I just got done replacing the top end and I was told to check the needle settings on the carbs. What do they need to be set at? I see the one adjustment screw from my top view of the carbs. Is that the only adjustment needle I need to mess with.

low speed = 1

high speed = mag carb 0, pto 1/2

which one is high and which one is the low needle. Are those the factory settings? the only adjustment I see in on the top side of the carbs. Is the other needle on the bottom side? Do I have to take carbs off to get to it?

remove the airbox, and may be able to get to both. the ones with the black cap on them, are the high adjusters, or the low adjusters are a "t" style adjuster. those are fact. settings
