Hi I just soldered the F1 fuse as it was blown. I now have 0 ohms at full then 16.5 ohms at the first reed switch Ayer that as I move the float I get an open the rest of the way to what would be empty. Is it just time to bite the bullet and buy a new fuel baffle?
Thank you for any help

How neat was your solder job? If it gets too wide it will make contact with the trace next to it. Are your magnets in good shape? I can't remember ever seeing those switches fail and I've repaired a lot of baffles.

Hey thanks for the reply. Double checked no solder bridge to adjacent trace. I tried to ohm it from trace to trace at the top I get open unless the magnet is at R1 then 16.9 ohms. I have a new float and the old one same result with either.
Thanks
RD

It's a simple circuit but getting the pcb is not simple. Sounds like you a broken trace or connection right after the 2nd switch. Maybe just drill a hole in that area to inspect and test.
