pul the sending unit(fuel baffle), and inspect the housing. Maybe a crack in it.

i try it on reserve and it still runs bad but if itis full it run good

It sounds like your fuel tank vent is clogged so when you reach half a tank there is a vacuum in the tank. Remove gas cap (being careful not to let water in) and see how it runs. If it runs good, check your vent. Insects love to clog these tank vent holes.
