Is there a valve that needs turned or do i just hook up the hose, turn on the water, and start the boat? Where will the water come out?

No valve to turn but you have it wrong.

Hook up the hose, start up the motor, THEN turn on the water.

Then to disconnect, leave the motor running, shut off water and then shut off engine. Never have water flowing in with the engine off. Water will go into the engine where it is not suppossed to be.

Dr Honda,
What is the weight of the trailer and the boat? (The one in your pic!!) I need to get license plates.

In Ohio you get the trailor by itself on the scale at a cement mixer place or some lumberyards, you will pay dearly if you take both the hull and the trailor, make sure your lights all work - many places check them at the same time, which makes perfectly good sense.

I think Voodoo is right. I bought my boat in Ohio, and since they don't title trailers under 3500# gross... I had to take the boat off to get the trailer weighed in PA.

But... the trailer by it self was about 315#, and the boat is just over 900# for the sportster, and about 1100# for a speedster. (dry weight)
