1996 seadoo xp oil

on a 1996 seadoo xp need oil put in the motor and if so how do i do that

It gets it's oil through the oil injection. And only use SeaDoo oil. Do a bit of searching on this board for oil.

No oil goes in the motor crankcase. You need injection oil, I personally use SeaDoo XPS2 full synthetic. You can use any brand, it's not that important, what is important is the certification it needs to be API-TC rated, full synthetic. You can get Quicksilver PWC API-TC full synthetic at Walmart, in the black jug.

Just a heads up, Quicksilver now makes the full synthetic in a silver jug. You can tell the full synthetic by the blue background on the letters PWC. The partial synthetic has a silver background.
