My 96 GTX is bogging down when you give it throttle.. idles fine. I suspect a good carb rebuild and fuel line replacement (has gray lines). Already ordered rebuild kits, didnt know I had to order carb gasket separate so ill get those ordered today. Question is, how much fuel line and sizes should I get for the replacement? Also, how do I actually clean the fuel selector switch?

Thanks in advance for responses!

You can remove it and clean but I usually just by a new one. There like $20. Carb gaskets are separate from rebuild kit. Make sure you use oem carb kit and about 25ft. Of automotive fuel line.

I usually throw a good in line filter on there before the carbs

thanks! Ill try and source the selector and i was thinking about the filter inline to try and keep the carbs from having any future problems.

I just replaced my grey fuel lines, it will require 1/4" and 5/16" line. I bought 20ft of each, which was overkill, but I will have some leftover for other projects.

I just did my 96 GTX last summer and you only need the 1/4", 25 ft. I got mine from Napa the guy gave me a deal if I just bought the whole roll. Definitely put in the inline filter as the cup by the selector switch is really just a water seperator.
