That's a lot of water from that regulator! You'll want to be careful with water in that boats bilge the starters are at almost the lowest point. AndBTW purchase the OEM starters they last a lot longer and are worth the extra cost

I have not had any starting issues, should I be replacing the starter anyway ?
 
If you don’t replace the entire fuel strainer you need to at least replace the square o-ring as this is a very common point of air leaks. BTW: the entire thing is $25.
 
same with the fuel selector (dont know is the boats are the same as the skis) when doing a fuel system rebuild/refresh
