my gsx starts fine and seems to idle fine but when i put on the throttle it spatters and sounds like a misfire and almost like only one cylinder is firing but it does this for a short period 5-10 mins then comes good, but then after some riding it starts doing it again? im only new to seadoo's and have really no idea about this stuff so any help would be appreciated

you have to do some trouble shooting before we can give help.
If it feels like an ignition miss... it probably is. Check the coil, and wires. then, check over every wire in the ignition system.
I just finished up a Polaris, that had a miss. I found a spark plug wire was burnt at the coil.
