I have a 96' GSX that continues to foul the plug closest to the the front of the ski. I changed the plug and it ran fine for 2 hrs, took it out two days later and was missing again. Pulled the plug wires off and the same plug was burnt again. Do I have a bad plug wire and/or ignition box?? The plug has no gas or oil smell when I pull it out...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

?? Not real technical with these things... I problably should clarify that the tip of the plug was black where the wire attaches not the bottom and I'm unfamiliar with what the E-Box is.

Try This

Try this, cut the cable ties on the boot on both plug wires. Unscrew the boots from the plug wires. Cut 1/4" off the end of the plug wire. Screw the boots back on and install 2 new cable ties.

This may help.
