Hi guys. I'm back again, this time with my 95 SP (got my 96 fixed up with all your help-had the gray fuel line problem). The 95 had a clunking/grinding noise that got progressively worse. Decided it was probably in the jet pump so I pulled the cone (which I found had a crack in it) and as you might guess, had no oil and lots of metal particles. So I guess that rear bearing is shot.

My question is how do I remove the jet pump and how does the jet pump shaft connect to the engine drive shaft? And what all do I have to do to get to that bearing to replace it?

Thanks in advance for your help

What size motor is it?
I have a complete pump for you for cheap. i dont need it. It came off a 97 seadoo, not sure on model
