im new to jet ski so pls be patient,

ok when i bought the ski it starts perfect, but i have to change the pto and shaft, i have to pull the motor out in able to replace the pto, then when i put everything back together i lost a spark i test my coil from elec box and its good, check the magneto wire blck with blk/red(low speed gen coil)and im getting a good resistance w/o cranking the motor, then when i check white with blk/red wire i dnt get any resistance, by checking resistance do i need to crank the motor? also check the fuse its all good, good ground too

any idea or guidelines what to do

No... you don't have to crank the engine to get your readings. If it's open, or shorted... then you found your problem.
