12v low GSX RFI

Have 12v low showing on dash ,when running have 12.60v on meter across pos and negative then drooped to 11v
Turned of and goes back upto 12.60v
Have had new rectifier fitted and battery any ideas where to look next

Check the ground well for the rectifier. Or run a new ground to the block. The grounds fail somewhat often.

Put a new ground to to the block and since have taken it out
I insured the battery was fully charged and had running for 2 hrs stop and started it upto 6 times regularly checking voltage with meter after the 2 hrs checked it and was reading 12.15v from 12.60v from when initially charged
Still staying 12v low , can u run these for 2 hrs and stop and start and only drop 0.40v or can I say that the rectifier is charging but only trickle charging
