Hi There ... I have a problem I can't seem so solve! Yesterday I was running about 50mph on calm water and suddenly the machine bogged down, and got very hard to steer. I was in deep water and had been in very rough (but fun!) water earlier in the day. Now when I run the machine, the steering veers to the left while the machine goes straight, the steering is very stiff and relatively unresponsive and the reverse lever creeps up the faster I go, max speed about 27mph and the water jet at the back looks like water in a blender. At very slow speed reverse is fine and responsive.
I pulled the machine and out of the water it all looks fine. The reverse gate seems fine, lever and mechanism to it look fine from inside, the steering seems fine, all the mechanics of the steering and reverse seem absolutely fine and feel fine out of the water. The impeller looks good, nothing stuck in the intake.
Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!
It's an '08 GTX 155 with 260 hours, I've had it since new and its very well taken care of.
