Hey guys. I'm looking at two skis and having a hard time choosing which one. I've narrowed it down to an 08 gtx with 73 hours. Or an 06 RXT with 120 hours. Both are in great shape. Both have the supercharger. It was rebuilt at 100 hours on the rxt. All of my riding will be done in lake Erie. Have experience riding older jet skis but this will be my first newerish one I've owned. Soooo help! Haha

2008 was a pretty good year for Seadoo in terms of reliability/factory defects. The 2008 will need the SC done right away as it's more than 2 years (unless PO can PROVE it was done within last
2 years) so bank on $450 for that. This website offers this service. The 2006 had sodium filled exhaust valve stem issue with valve stems breaking in some. Personally I'd go with the 2008.
