08 Brand New RXT Runs with No Key and wont shut off

So MY 2008 SeaDoo Brand new RXT has 9 hours on it, Runs without the Key and wont stop when you take key out? What can be the Problem?

I wanted to find out if you guys know anything before I bring it to the dealer...Maybe someone had the same problem
