I have check the hoses and still get a exhaust temp shutdown at high rpm. Somebody throw me crumb????

Either your water injection is plugged up... or... the temp sender has gone bad.

Check both... bet it's one or the other.

exhaust temp sensors are a common failure on the 4tec, failure mode is that it only triggers the alarm at full speed after a few seconds. I normally just change the sensor and then test drive it's good you verified you're getting good flow through the exhaust.
