04 rxp heat issues

performance she runs great,
if you hold wot for to long the bells come on
hi temp and my water box is starting to cook no p-code,
ive read about J-pipe alignment and have noticed
part of the lip on the exhaust manifold is eroded away
on one side could this be the problem?
all water hoses are working properly

The bell on the manifold can do a slow erosion with a poor fit with the V-clamp...it can also break off, enter the wb....put a hole in it...clog a hose...ect.

Sorry can't speak to the alarms going off.

Re a high temp alarm...with everything working okay....I'd put it on a lift or trailer. With the motor off I'd disconnect the line feeding the wb and blow back through it to the pump. Sometimes crap gets caught in the screen/reducer doesn't take much. Once you reconnect, take it for a quick spin...you'll know soon enough if it worked.

nice to see you red2blue,
I pushed water in every direction and even took the plug in the pump out
and blew water out then took it for a spin,
was not able to reef on it the cops where every where,
had some little hesitations I need to really lay into it
and will report back on the findings.
