03 or 04 buying advice please

I'm new to this forum. I'm looking for advice. Im looking to purchase a boat.Does anyone know what boat is better 03 sportster 15 ft 155hp 4stroke or 04 sportster 130 up ledi 2stroke boats are a $500 difference so that doesn't matter much. The 04 is actually the cheaper one. I'll be pulling the kids around tubing etc in a small salt water bay.I would greatly appreciate any input on this . Same amount of hrs roughly.
