I think your title is confusing...It looks like you have an injected 99 GTX but your title says 97 GTX which would have carbs...

Rubber hose mystery part in first post is for a blower motor on a car. It directs the air back in to the electric motor to keep it cool.

The zip ties look entirely too big for that size hose. They don't look like they're even touching the hose partially in the first pic. I would purchase some smaller zip ties for the oil lines.
