As bad as I hate to admit this, my 4tec never made it out of the basement this year, except to do an oil change!!!
It has a full tank of 4 dollar plus gasoline in it with Sta-Bil in it...

Now here is where I want your input, " would you add more Sta-Bil to it, or just take a day before it gets cold here in ole KY. and run the old gas out and add fresh plus the Sta-Bil???

THANKS!!!

No....your fine.

No....Your fine. The stablizer is designed to keep moisture from building inside your fuel tank and circuit. It will last a couple years. I would not let it go much past that. If you have it, ran a bit into the fuel lines themselves, you should be fine till spring. I would run it or change it out then.......

Thanks snipe, I am 100% sure that the Sta-Bil is in the entire fuel system, my basement will only vary in temp. buy 5-12 degrees for the 12 month period... Guess I'll just let it sit till next year.
The reason I haven't used it, is back in May I dislocated my left shoulder, already had the GTI at the houseboat and just didn't feel like bringing the 4tec down...
