XP Hull Patch Up????

Just bought a 97 seadoo XP, super clean ski, fresh water used only, im super happy with it. Only thing is the hull underneath is pealing, a little bit of the fiberglass seems to be starting to peal as well not just the paint. I dont need it to be brand new again but I just want to keep it from getting worse....what can i do to fix? Ive never done hull repair before. I dont want to spend over 50 bucks either lol.
