WTB cheap 4tec hull, just need the bottom portion, any hull will do

Looking to practice for my 4tec boat conversion. I need the bottom section of a 4-tec hull. The hull can be in any shape, faded, cracked, I don't care! Not looking so spend a fortune. Let me know.

Not sure if this fits the bill or not but it's in NC. He wants $400 and says the hood is worth $400. Tell him to keep the hood and you want the hull for free. Sounds fair, right?
