I scored a top end kit on ebay pretty cheap. It's Wiseco WK1213 for the 951 limited engine, 1mm over. I looked through all the paperwork in it, but there isn't anything about cylinder wall clearance for boring the cylinders. Others I have used are .0045 - .005. Is this set the same?

It depends. I ues to run dirt bike (2-stroke) Wiseco pistons around 0.003" , but that was on good Caster oil, and a Cr sleeve.
I would just give them a call in the morning, and tell them what kit you have, and they will give you the spec. Don't take a chance at guessing.

Sorry, I couldn't give you the answer directly... but I can't remember off the top of my head.
Back in the day... JE and Wiseco were the only game in town. Now there are a bunch of companies making pistons, and they all have a slightly different spec, depending on the Si content of the aluminum.
