Guys, I'm beginning to think about winterizing my ski (96 GSX) for the first time.

I have the Sea Doo fogging oil but I need to know which particular antifreeze you'd recommend?

Also, how much antifreeze do I use? and best way to get it into the engine while flushing - would you use a garden hose mixing unit?

I was also told to use a little Salt-Away before flushing with antifreeze - what do you think?

Thanks, Carl.

Hope it helps

ok anitfreeze you'll want to get something for boats or motorhomes antifreeze also with that you'll want to use it straght depending on you location you'll want the max protection i use the preston rv and boat stuff from walmart 5-6 bucks a gallon. How i do mine is i remove the top water hose on the engine head and blow out with low pressue air to get the water that may be stuck in the engine or hoses out so it gets replaced with anitfreeze. you'll want to clamp the other top black hose on the same side of the engine and with that done pour the antifreeze and full the motor until you start see the antifreeze come out the back of the ski that will ensure that the hoses are full of antifreeze. Also do you ride in salt water you probably wont need salt away just an engine flush.
