Winterizing 2003 GTX 4-Tec

It has a closed engine cooling system so no problem for that. But, for exhaust cooling system, user manual says just to flush it thru garden hose fitting. I talked to a dealer and he said that antifreeze should be pumped into exhaust cooling system thru garden hose fitting. I read the thread here and there was no mention of pushing antifreeze thru. What is the right way? Also, I run it in fresh water lake. A question for you guys, when jetski is out of water, how much water is trapped in exhaust cooling system that might freeze later in winter time? Thanks
