I see problems with both.
On the first pic... you need to clamp the boot to the PTO. Right now, I'm sure it's expanding, and allowing the grease to come out. AND... it may just rip.
On the second pic. The clamp on the PTO is a hose clamp. With that big box where the tightening screw is... it will throw the PTO off balance, and will cause vibration, and could cause premature seal and crank bearing wear. I would remove it, and put a heavy duty zip tie on both. (on the PTO, and the driveshaft)
Also on the second pic... it looks like you have lost the clip that holds the stainless ring in position. It should not be up to the PTO boot. On the older Seadoo's, they used an O-ring. It probably broke, fell off, and allowed your stainless ring to move. (are you getting cavatation on that side?) Anyway... the new way to hold it is a metal C-clip. Just slide it rear ward, and snap a clip into the notch on the driveshaft. (I would do both sides while you are doing it) The C-clip can be bought at your local dealer.
