Where to buy Skat Trak and which one to get?

Ok so I have a 1997 Challenger and the Skat Trak site says to use a 14.5/ 22.5 or 17/22 Swirl. For a non modified older engines with 140 compression or so, which would work best for holeshot. I am not worried about topend at all. Also where is the best place to buy with good prices. Thanks.
