Where is the highspeed Jet located

My sea-doo bogs down. I take off from the dock like a rocket then it starves for fuel and bogs if i play with the choke i can get it to half ass run but it donesnt run good and it slows right down. then i fall off. The carbs were just rebuilt, new plugs, it does this on reserve or on, the carbs have been cleaned twice today.

the hsa screws, have a black cap on them. Hard to believe, you missed them, with carbs off cleaned/rebuilt.

Did you rebuild them? If so, did you keep the original spring inside each carb, or replaced it with one from kit?

No i did not rebuild them can i pop those caps off? i tried turning them but they only turn 1\2 a turn. They are on the motor side correct?
