Where is the best place to fina a ski pylon?

I am looking for a ski pylon for my 01 challenger 2000, are there different lengths, are they worth the money to replace?? Where is the best place to try to find such an item, BRP dealers are a bit pricy here.

I was not able to find any for the 97 Challenger, so I ended up making my own out of solid stainless.

The catalogs and parts houses just listed the part as unavailable...

I was seaching today now that I got some time and I see that your dad made yours, what is the cost or if he doesn't want to make one, it maybe too much I understand. I am in Canada, so it may be a bit much. But I have a machine shop down the road I can try. Do you have to stock measurments how long should the real one be?? No one staocks one around here. I have no idea if yours is the same size as mine.

If it is, I can sell you my old aluminum one. It is the one that came with the boat, solid aluminum.

It is about 7/8" dia. and around 13" OAL, with a groove cut in the bottom for the spring-loaded clip to grab onto to hold it up.

Do you already have the mounting hole in your boat?
