Where do you find HydroTurf sheets

I heard you could get bulk sheets and cut your own pieces for like $30 a sheet....where can i find this stuff? The Hydro-Turf website wants like $70 plus extra for 3M sheets...

That sounds about right. The $35 sheets are in the close-out section. Either they are odd colors, or blems.
