Where do these wires go?

The purple and the black?

If it's any help purple is usually the +12 volt and black the ground. Maybe power to the gauges, from the picture I can't tell where the connector is located.

No, i had the whole ski apart so i could clean the carbs and replaced the fuel lines. And clean the crutted out gas tank. She would stay running the other day so i just got her back together and she sounds better then ever

What? Wires to the oil pump? I don't think so. The only thing connected to the oil pump should be oil lines and a throttle linkage cable.

The oil sensor is in the oil tank not the pump. The oil pump is on the motor.

Sorry, i confused myself. Those two line go to the lower right side of the oil tank.

Mine also has a red wire connected to the + side of the battery and the gauges I think but from your picture, it doesn't look like it (but I am mentioning just in case).
