I just joined the site and would like to get some opinions about a boat I am interested in. I have already contacted the owner who is about an hour away from me and everything seems to be kosher. But what would you guys spend on this boat if you were in my shoes? This will be my 4th jet boat so I kinda know what to look for but this is the newest one I have looked at so far.

Tell me what price it would take to end it early and I will let ya know what I think. Make sure to water test it and check everything.

He said in the spring he paid 6 for it and put about 1500.00 in it already with the bimini top and hydro turf which have never been in water or in sun yet.
 
In good shape these go for around $6500. As Doc said,it is going into winter. I think you should offer around 5000 and work your way up. His asking price isnt out of line, espeically if it all checks out. If you buy it, I can offer lots of tips on things you can do with it. That rear hatch needs some work to look shiny again too.
 
WOW... did I call it or what! ending bid was $3750. I should have bought it, and re sold it in the spring.
 
Yeah that was a good deal. Curious why OP didnt pursue it since he was asking and even wanted to end the auction early.
