Wear ring question .. 95 xp

DO YOU GOT TO PULL THE IMPELLER TO CHANGE THE WEAR RING ? I WAS LOOKING IN THE NOZZLE AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MAY COME OUT WITHOUT PULLING THE WEAR RING . THANKS IN ADVANCE !!!:bigear:

if you can gewt at ti, without removing the impellor, go for it, but "majority" of the time, need to pull impellor.

It can be done. I did it and it wasn't bad. Put the new wear ring in the freezer, then cut the old one out with a hacksaw blade, remove the new one from the freezer, and slide it in.
