Water in my oil HELP! 2008 GTI 130

I have a 2008 Seadoo GTI 130 SE. I recently bought it and have discovered water in the oil when I was checking the oil level with the dipstick. Where did the water come from and how can I prevent and/or stop it from happening again? How can I get it all out? I changed the oil twice but do not feel there is a big improvement.
