No idea what happened to mine but when I removed it for cleaning (1st time) I found a corner broken off. The carbon deposits suggested it has been broken since at least the last cleaning (previous owner) which is over 7 years and 100+ hours ago.
1997 GTX with 787 motor.
I am hoping someone has one laying around as a remnant of an aftermarket upgrade or engine replacement.
