Your looking for a cable, knob is not supposed to be separate.

New OEM in the bag, $31 shipped. What more can you ask for.

Or you can get an aftermarket knob. Or I just made one from Delrin on my GSX. Check out industrial supply places. Maybe even home depot. Just get one that holds on with a set screw.
