Vibration getting up to speed

This started a couple of weeks ago, then it stopped but started again yesterday.
The first time the boat sat for 2 weeks but this time only 5 days.
Throttle up to 6000rpm and there is a violent shaking.
Yesterday the vibration was there but not as noticeable.
I was able to get underneath with a mask and light and there is nothing in the ports.

Any thoughts

If you have violent shaking, it is almost always something in the pump. You can accelerate with one engine running to see which engine it is.

These 3 little bits of wood will bring your boat to a standstill.

Did you pull the boat out to find them.

Yep. Used a long pry bar. 1 piece was on each blade, only seen from under the boat.

Look at this impeller tool they made:

This was wrapped around the shaft.
My wife was able to get her hand in to cut it into pieces.
