Venturi assembly bolt torque specs

I’m want to change the jet pump oil but I’m not sure what the torque specs are for the 4 bolts that hold the assembly on

The pump itself is 24 ft/lbs and the steering nozzle is 15ft/lbs both with blue loctite.
