Tying up in a slip

Looking to get some opinions here. Anyone ever tie up in a boat slip? What do you use? I was looking at some Airhead Bungee dock lines for the rear but am a little unsure. What about the bow? Seems like it'd be a little annoying to reach all of the way down to the eye on the underside.

I use the Bungee lines all the time. I added pop-up cleats on both of my skis on both sides within easy reach.

I'd use speed ties, but my marina has drive on docks. After 5 years, my hull looks like new.

I use these:

Some slips do not have covering for the metal subframe of the dock. With some marina slips at 15 ft or more wide, we have even tied up side to side across the slip.

The hooks on these will not fit into the slots on my 2011 GTI, I use aluminum carabiners. Works perfectly.
