Tuning Carbs - 95 XP

Recently had a carb kit and new pistons and rings put in my 95 XP 800

The guy who did it didnt do any tweaking on the carbs before I came and got it from him.

It has trouble starting, smokes all the time, has no power, and wont "get up and go" once cruising down the lake.

Is there a forum or another post that will help me get this carb configured right?

Lake testing & final adjustments are nessesary, but are also an optional additional
charge. :rant:
There is a How-To section here at the forum for do-it-yourselfers.

An OWNER should have a SHOP MANUAL specific to the year/model to read, understand, and maintain the watercraft, and a few basic metric tools.
