The previous owner installed a trickle charger to the Doo but didn't tell me how to properly charge it.
Do I just plug it up or do I have to disconnect one of the terminals before plugging it up?

If it is 2.5 amps or lower you can just plug it in.

More than 2.5 amps remove one of the battery wires.

Never jump it from a running item or charge it with the lanyard on the DESS post.

note: if you have a good battery, and your ski is properly charging when riding, you really won't need to trickle much.
I've gone 6 months (with regular riding) w/o even thinking about charging anything.

just a reminder that there is no need to charge it weekly and stuff, unless your battery sux... which is why i generally put a good, new agm battery in every ski I buy
